A national media company is searching for a TV Account Executive (AE) for their market leading station
who will be responsible for transactional, digital and new business. This role provides strategic and
visionary leadership to potential clients while contributing to the growth of the station. The AE shows
excellent communication and negotiation skills and maintains a positive attitude.

The primary goal of the AE is to generate new revenue using strategic prospecting tools and by composing and presenting compelling, multi-platform marketing solutions. They must be able to develop revenue opportunities across all properties.

This large market TV station ranks in the top five network affiliates in the country and the station website
is number one in the market and Top 25 in the USA. The brand has the largest footprint in the local
community, broadcasting all big events, and overall has the best products available in the advertising
universe making this a marketer’s dream come true.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS: (including but not limited to)

  • 1-2 years of sales and / or digital sales experience preferred
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with Wide Orbit and Salesforce preferred
  • College degree preferred
