A fast-growing out-of-home (OOH) advertising company specializing in high-visibility billboard inventory nationwide is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team and maximize revenue. They partner with local businesses, regional brands, and national advertisers to deliver impactful campaigns that dominate local markets. The team is passionate about client success.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing occupancy across all billboard units, and leading a team of sales representatives to consistently exceed goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently exceed quotas.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, set targets, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and proposals.
  • Drive occupancy across all billboard units, maintaining 90%+ average occupancy.
  • Establish sales budgets, track performance, and deliver regular reporting to leadership.
  • Ensure accountability through CRM compliance, accurate forecasting, and timely proposals.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales talent.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in media, OOH, or advertising.
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching teams to success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with experience using HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Results-driven with a passion for revenue growth and talent development.
