The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and advertising sales and a drive to solicit potential advertisers at both the agency and direct levels. You might be a digital seller, a Digital Sales Manager at a local broadcast or cable group, or an integrated seller at a newspaper, magazine, or other local media.   If you have at least three years of experience in digital marketing sales and are results-oriented, hard-working, ambitious, driven, and a self-starter, we would like to talk to you.

 Skills and Qualifications

  •  Excellent time management skills to maximize sales opportunities
  • 3+ years of digital sales experience
  • A passion for and strong understanding of digital advertising and helping clients find successful solutions based on their needs and objectives
  • Strong communication, written, and organizational skills
  • A strong desire to be successful and the tenacity to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience with CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

 Job Duties

  • Target, solicit and secure new advertiser business relationships by utilizing exemplary sales skills, networking ability, and media tools.
  • Develop sound relationships with the business community, learning nuances and gathering competitive intelligence regarding the client’s business, brand equity, and marketing goals, positioning the company as a thought partner.
  • Effectively communicate and work across various internal groups to execute solutions for the advertiser.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close complex and sophisticated deals involving top-level decision makers both within advertiser and agency organizations
  • Support the existing sales team on four-legged calls as needed
