Account Executive – West Coast

The Account Executive joining this west coast team will work directly with local companies and advertising agencies to create marketing strategies that help them grow, using a powerful mix of radio, event, and digital solutions. This person will represent a respected group of local stations along with a digital company.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the hunt, getting in front of decision makers, uncovering business needs, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships and revenue growth that has a real impact on the community.
What you will do:
- Meet with local business owners and decision-makers to understand their goals
- Build long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted marketing partner
- Prospect new opportunities through networking and outreach
- Create and present customized marketing campaigns
- Manage accounts and deliver a high level of client service
- Consistently work toward and exceed revenue goals
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least two years of sales experience
- Confidence in building relationships and starting conversations
- A goal-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle
- Experience in digital marketing, media sales, or building strategic presentations is helpful—but not required.
