If you’re a motivated digital sales professional who thrives on generating new revenue, exceeding goals, and helping clients grow through powerful, data-driven marketing strategies, this role is for you.

You’ll collaborate closely with local businesses and internal sales teams to deliver impactful digital solutions using today’s most effective tools — including website design, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine and generative engine optimization (SEO/GEO), and programmatic advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new streams of digital revenue by partnering with sales staff to target key accounts and verticals
  • Customize digital solutions aligned with each client’s marketing objectives
  • Assist Account Executives in developing digital media plans and proposals based on advertiser goals and target audiences
  • Monitor and optimize client campaigns to ensure maximum performance and effectiveness
  • Embrace company initiatives and leverage provided tools to drive success
  • Lead digital training sessions during sales meetings
  • Ensure attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual digital revenue goals

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in digital media
  • Minimum of three years of digital sales experience
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent digital revenue growth while exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment
  • Remain calm under pressure when managing tight deadlines and revenue expectations
  • An enthusiastic, driven professional who is passionate about their unique platform and value proposition
