Patty Kincaid is the VP/General Manager for Media Staffing Network, joining the company in 1997. She is
located in Scottsdale, Arizona and responsible for executive search and project sales, client consulting
and coaching and fulfillment of full-time positions.
Patty has worked in the media industry since 1982 and in 1985 she started Media Matters, a consulting
firm specializing in radio, television and cable business development and management training in U.S.
and Great Britain. Along with sales and management recruiting, she's actively involved in media and
marketing projects in Phoenix.
In 2015 her career path took her back to school to become a Certified Professional Coach and has added
Executive Business Coaching to her activities. “I made the decision to become a trained professional
coach and I am so excited to have chosen this field. Or maybe I should say it chose me! It’s very
rewarding to help someone uncover the tools they need within themselves to achieve new goals.”
Patty has her B.S. in Broadcasting from Arizona State University. She is a regular contributor and
featured panelist for the National Association of Broadcasters.
