A privately held, family owned out-of-home media organization is looking for an experienced advertising Real Estate professional who can work with the Director of Real Estate to ensure the department is meeting company goals and objectives. Position is based in the Southwest - known for great BBQ, sports entertainment, music, and warm, friendly people making this a highly sought-after opportunity.  This is a highly producing market with great earning potential. This successful Real Estate professional will have a track record of negotiating billboard leases. Must be knowledgeable in local permitting, DOT permits, government relations and an understanding of past success.  Must possess the skill set to be a self-motivated, persistent hard worker who is confident, outgoing, approachable conversationalist and someone who can establish rapport quickly.  Must be an inquisitive problem solver. This person should be a persuasive professional who can tactfully navigate the most challenging conversations.  Someone who wants to be part of a team. Working in the corporate office and directly under the GM and Director of Real Estate, you will have the opportunity for hands-on training and be mentored from the best!   

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Create new development opportunities through zoning analysis and site identification

  • Works on new leasing as well as renewal lease negotiations
  • Handles activities associated with permitting for new construction and maintenance
  • Coordinate’s activities associated with existing real estate portfolio preservation
  • Development and maintenance of lease files
  • Serves in a support capacity on lease rent payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Negotiates lease rent reductions when and where appropriate
  • Functions in a support capacity for all other departments
  • Travels to meetings as required
  • Performs other functions as assigned by the Director of Real Estate or designated


Position Requirements:

    • Bachelors or equivalent degree in Business or closely related field
    • 2/3 years related experience
    • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
    • Valid Driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
