With billboards spanning across the Pacific Northwest, the Outdoor Advertising Lease Manager will be responsible for identifying, securing, and developing new billboard locations in their western territory while maintaining and strengthening an existing portfolio of leases and sign locations. These states continue to experience population growth, infrastructure investment, and business expansion, creating ongoing demand for high-impact outdoor media placements.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new billboard locations across the Pacific Northwest
- Prospect and build strong relationships with property owners and community stakeholders
- Negotiate and execute lease agreements and convert existing leases to easements
- Navigate local and state permitting processes
- Coordinate internally to move projects from concept to construction
- Maintain and strengthen an existing portfolio of leases and sign locations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in OOH leasing or site acquisition required
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, self-motivated, persistent and results-driven
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
