A successful, privately held radio group seeks an experienced General Manager. This opportunity
offers a manager a chance to make a big impact. If you are frustrated by top-down mentality and
cookie-cutter corporate systems and would be energized to be in an environment where you have
significant impact on the team, this is the opportunity for you. If you are an experienced Sales
Manager, Station Manager or GM with small market experience and you’re ready to take on more
responsibility and grow your career, we want to connect with you. This position will oversee 2
neighboring markets with established stations.

The stations are independently owned and operated by a local owner who is a lifelong broadcaster.
The company has built a solid reputation for excellence, high service and results. They have solid
billing across all platforms but strive to increase revenue.

The ideal candidate will come from a similar small size market or slightly larger, with experience of
maximizing revenue. Someone who has a vision and can make things happen and is a strategic
thinker, organized, creative, solution oriented with a proven sales background in broadcast and
digital. Bring your positive attitude and collaborative mindset to the team. Managers with a long,
proven record of revenue increases and team building are who we want.
