Email Marketing & List Development Manager



A national multimedia company is rapidly expanding one of their most popular and successful brands. The company is currently seeking an Email Marketing & List Development Manager to oversee all aspects of growing the email lists and newsletter subscribers for their slate of hosts and national media influencers.

“We are looking for a visionary and innovator who can bring our email list and newsletter subscriber base to the next level. A person who can take our current email list(s) and add a significant number of new email addresses month after month, thru strategic marketing initiatives, paid and organic. A person that can utilize our social, online, radio, podcast, and television media platforms to attract new subscribers and increase our list sizes, as well as thru outside paid media.

The Email & List Manager will work closely with the SVP of the company to create new and innovative ways to expand the audience and grow potential revenue for the brand and its clients.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with a national media influencer; overseeing or managing a social media platform including email and newsletter subscriptions, operations, calendar and production delivery
  • Extensive marketing experience with ability to maximize current initiatives while creating new ideas for growth
  • Experience and contacts in the email marketing sector, ability to reach out and sell opportunities to advertisers, clients and potential partners
  • Creative thinker—always looking for new ideas, ways to expand or try something different
  • Track record in tying revenue streams to ideas and platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—ability to provide information about email marketing and newsletter programs both inside and outside the company
  • Knowledge of advertising, budgets, revenue cycles and taking ideas to market
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to self-manage
