Have you checked your Glassdoor.com profile? Have you Googled yourself and your company to see what people are saying about you? Ask friends and peers locally what your reputation is in your community. Or, consider doing a confidential survey of your employees to see what you do well, what you could do better or what definitely needs improvement. Your reputation and culture are crucial to your success and essential in your recruitment efforts.
