- Establish a strategy on where to target ideal candidates
- Conduct a cold calling campaign to uncover both referrals and ideal candidates
- Present your opportunity for consideration
- Screen each potential hire as they pertain to your qualifications, those that are a fit will be presented
- Assist in all set up of interview process
- Check references and conduct any necessary outside testing and/or profiling
- Assist in development of offer letter and closing ‘the deal’……………….we are there every step of the way!
