  • Conduct a cold calling campaign to uncover both referrals and ideal candidates
  • Present your opportunity for consideration
  • Screen each potential hire as they pertain to your qualifications, those that are a fit will be presented
  • Assist in all set up of interview process
  • Check references and conduct any necessary outside testing and/or profiling
  • Assist in development of offer letter and closing ‘the deal’……………….we are there every step of the way!
