Sample Job Profile - Traffic Director
The Traffic Director in broadcasting is responsible for entering advertiser contracts and preparing daily commercial logs for station(s). The Traffic Director is the daily link between the sales department and programming department; keeping up-to-date commercial time availability.

- Managing commercial inventory
- Reconciling commercial logs
- Coordinating commercial production and media rotation

Experience
- Prior traffic experience a plus
- Working knowledge of Marketing or CBSI/Wickes traffic system a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Radio/Television
