PROFILING/ASSESSING

Profiling: A key factor in hiring is knowing how a particular person will perform, or how they will interact with current management or how they might best be managed. Media Staffing Network, in conjunction with Omnia Group (see our Internet Link page for more information), recommends candidate psychological profiling as a part of the hiring process. Our staff will work with you to set up accurate tools to better assess candidates.

Assessing: Typing, computer skills, and proficiency evaluations can be offered on all placements.
