1. Education: Our point person collects information on your company: Mission statements, sales materials, current staff, goals of the position, benefits, why to work for you, in addition to market details on lifestyle, housing, schools are gathered and prepared for remainder of the team.
2. Strategize: The point person conducts a meeting with the team. Recruiting Director and/or Resource Manager will cover all details of how to create the most time-efficient location of and screening of candidates. Each client situation is handled in a customized manner as needs vary. As a team, we determine the target profile, location and how to locate these candidates.
3. Search: First search is done internally to see who in the MSN database matches client qualifications. Then the outside search is conducted through strategic planning of direct cold calls, not by posting on websites and job boards.
4. Screening: All qualified applicants are met over the phone or in-person and the parameters of the position and the company are reviewed. Applicants are measured against your profile and job description.
5. Presentation: Candidates who are interested in pursuing the position and meet your qualifications are presented to you. Candidate information will include a resume, write-up of why they are a match, areas of concern for more probing and a list of references. Thorough reference checks are conducted prior to an offer being made.
6. Ease: MSN coordinates all advertising, appointments and required profiling or testing.
