How MSN works with job seekers vs. other recruiters:
1. Confidentiality – in our system, you can sign up for email blasts about jobs that YOU may be interested in, by only giving us a first name, email address, city, state and industry. We will have no way of knowing who you are until you want us to!
2. We NEVER send YOUR resume out for a job, until you tell us that you are interested in that particular job, so no one knows you may have interest in making a move except us.
3. Our process is much more hands on than most recruiters – we stay involved to make sure that we have necessary information to provide to you.
4. We NEVER attempt to fill a job without a written job profile – we make sure our job seekers are better informed when hearing of an opportunity.
5. We only work in MEDIA, we better understand the positions, the companies, the compensation, etc. You don’t waste time educating our recruiters about your business.
6. We work on building long term relationships with our candidates – many come back to us in addition to end up hiring us to fill their positions.
7. We are nationwide.
8. We are industry wide.
9. Since 1993, we have done an excellent job in building trust and respect (testimonials).
10. We do not push you into making a decision you are uncomfortable with, we simply supply the facts.
