While Media Staffing Network is primarily a retained or ‘engaged’ search firm, we may be able to accommodate other searches from time to time. Below is a comparison of what services are included in each different type of search that Media Staffing Network conducts.
Retained/Exclusive/Engaged (1/3 paid in advance of start, 1/3 in 30 days and remainder due upon hire)
1. Top priority
2. Weekly update appointment with team
3. Strategic planning on how and where to find the right candidates
4. Weekly activity report from recruiter
5. Development of expanded job profile
6. Development of recruitment tools to aid in search (work with local Chamber of Commerce to create a story about the market; the company and the team, etc.
7. Free placement service for any placed ads for EEOC purposes
8. References started upon submission; finalists references done prior to final decision
9. Assistance with profiling
10. Can do on site meetings for interviews, no charge for time
Contained (1/3 paid in advance of start, remainder due upon hire)
1. High priority, behind 100% engaged searches
2. Strategic planning on how and where to find the right candidates
3. Development of expanded job profile
4. Development of recruitment tools to aid in search (work with local Chamber of Commerce to create a story about the market; the company and the team
5. Placement service for any placed ads for EEOC purposes
6. References started when finalists have been selected
7. Assistance with profiling
8. Can do on site meetings, minimal, if any fee except for travel
Contingency (100% paid upon hire)
1. Only accepted when our work load allows, not a priority
2. Clients must supply credit check and letter of intent that they understand payment requirements; any late fees or attorney fees to collect will be at cost of client
3. References when finalists have been narrowed down
4. Hourly charge for time spent posting required ads
5. Require regular feedback from client to continue search
6. Consulting rates apply for any specialized research or on-site work
